Toscana sauce

DESCRIPTION

The organic Italian tomatoes, red lentils typical on Tuscany recipe and champignon mushrooms make this paste sauce full-bodied on the palate and brimming with flavor, with a characteristic and typical taste. To enjoy it fully: warm it in a non-stick pan and then blow up the dough. To taste you can sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP grated and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
